We would like to inform you that there will be maintenance work as follows.
During the construction work, there will be noises and paint odor depending on the time.
■Exterior wall construction

[Construction hours] 9:30AM - 5:00PM (tentative)
*Closed on Sundays, national holidays, and August 10 to 15 for Obon holidays.
*Work will be conducted with particularly loud noise and odor during 11:00AM-3:00PM on weekdays.
[Construction Details] Exterior wall repair work, painting, balcony waterproofing, and cleaning work. Assembly and dismantling of exterior scaffolding.
*Please keep curtains and windows closed during construction as workers will be passing outside your windows.
*The entire building will be covered with a mesh sheet, so you will not be able to see the view from your room.

"Simple cleaning" is a request system.

Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.

In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week.
Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.
